The Lo-Pro MDR is a vertical HEPA filtered airflow cleanroom providing
an ISO 5/ Class 100 condition or better. It is available in a series of sized
and configurations. The complete unit features durable hardwall construction,
using prefabricated wall studs for efficient installation. (Other Cleanroom
Classes Available.). |
Filter -
Lo-Pro compact self-powered HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) ceiling
modules. 70mm filter pack. Minimum efficiency of 99.99% at .3 microns
Prefilter -
1" bonded polyfiber minimizes surface-loading. 78 % arrestance –
56-57 ASHRAE.
Airflow -
Average measured clean air velocity 90 fpm (+/-10 fmp). All measured
values within +/- 20% uniformity.
Construction -
Double-faced Kraft honeycomb core; 1 3/4" thick walls & white
1/8" vinyl-covered hardboard two sides. Base of unit consists of
24 gauge steel track, vinyl-finish base molding, and pre-formed outside
corners. Door with sweep, 3068 x 1 3/4" steel or aluminum, full insulated
and pre-hung with 1/4" tempered safety glass and electrostatically
applied white enamel finish. Anodized 3/4" angle on perimeter. Heavy
duty
1 1/2" x 1 1/2" anodized T-Grid supports filters and lights
(must be supported). Steel I-beams provide additional structural support.
Gasketing supplied to ensure sealing. "Cleanroom" rated ceiling
tiles.
Electrical & Power Requirements -
All electrical components are UL Approved. Standard 115V, 15 Amp, 1 pH,
60 Hz. Units supplied with harness wire for internal hookup.

Motor/Blower Assembly -
High efficiency Lo-Pro motors to reduce electrical load. Thermally protected&
self-lubricating High capacity metal backward curved impellers within
direct drive external rotor motors to reduce wear. Statically balanced
to maintain constant airflow.
Lighting -
Recessed 2 pin fluorescent "cleanroom" type sealed 4 bulb troffers.
125 ft. candle +/- 20 ft. candles. Plastic prismatic lens cover maximizes
light diffusion.
Controls -
Solid state, adjustable airflow control, 70-120 fpm, 15A max. load capacity,
Individual switches for motor and lights.
